Lead and develop a global SDR team to generate pipeline for B2B cybersecurity SaaS. Establish SDR processes, optimize inbound/outbound tactics (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), track metrics, analyze data, and align with Sales and Marketing to meet quarterly goals.

Lead architecture and design of core networking and security platform capabilities: define technical direction for secure connectivity, segmentation, routing, access control, and policy enforcement; produce resilient, high-performance system designs; collaborate with Product, Security, DevOps, and engineering to translate requirements into roadmaps and mentor teams through implementation.

Own end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll for Israeli and US entities: AP/AR, reconciliations, VAT and tax filings, fixed assets, intercompany, audits, month-end close. Process payroll with Hilan, manage benefits, reserve duty reimbursements, onboarding/offboarding, record payroll journals in NetSuite, maintain controls and drive automation improvements.

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will lead complex incident management, provide L3 technical support, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.
