We are looking for a Global Compliance Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Within the Quality and Regulatory global team, a role dedicated to Compliance is created. Recognized external certifications together with our Operating Requirements are the best way forward to ensure the highest product quality and customers and consumers satisfaction. Adherence to Pernod Ricard standards is a non-negotiable prerequisite from a consumer safety and experience standpoint. The role of the Global Compliance Manager is to ensure adherence to Pernod Ricard standards with adequate audits, trainings, IT tools implementation strategy. This is also including Best Practice Sharing.

The Global Compliance Manager is driving Quality culture towards excellence.

Your key missions :

  • Manage the quality external certification policy

    • Manage relations with global selected external certification bodies as a partnership delivering value

    • Implement and coordinate the GFSI external certification policy at group level with a preference to FSSC 22000. Coordinate ISO 9001 external certification.

    • Ensure the adequate global strategy with global vendors

    • Ensure Certificates are easily accessible via the Compliance Hub

    • Ensure audits findings are clearly identified/centralized/monitored allowing them to be used as leading KPIs for quality

  • Manage quality audits at plant level (including copackers)

    • Plan, organize and deliver the internal audit missions (cross audits) including copackers

    • Ensure audit planning is coordinate with internal audit, XO and Health and Safety to avoid unneeded burden for affiliates

    • Develop the community of cross-auditors

    • Ensure reports are written, submitted and issued to the management

    • Ensure audits findings are clearly identified/centralized/monitored allowing them to be used as leading KPIs for quality

  • Ensure Pernod Ricard standards consistency

    • Ensure that quality internal standards (OR, PRO…) are in adequation with external quality certification requirements. Make connection between obligation of mean and obligation of results

    • Support for each Operating Requirement identification of CORE and Governance MR among global MRs

  • Document Management System

    • Maintain the existing Quality and Regulatory Affairs set of Group requirements and ensure they are updated and communicated

    • Ensure Document Control (Intelex) is used accordingly

  • Training Management System

    • Create, Implement, Upgrade and coordinate quality introduction packages for different stakeholders (from the Code of Business Conduct) up to Quality Community

    • Create, Implement, Upgrade and coordinate a policy regarding quality trainings within the group.

  • IT Tools

    • Create, Implement, Upgrade and coordinate usage of pertinent IT tools related to compliance using Intelex quality modules (but not limited to).

  • M&A coordination

    • Coordinate CORE assessment

    • Coordinate Pernod Ricard QMS implementation at M&A level

  • Follow TRACC implementation for Quality

    • In coordination with XO teams ensure TRACC quality program is pertinent and in adequation with Pernod Ricard Quality Management System and the different Quality Roadmaps

    • As a leading KPI monitor affiliates TRACC scoring evolution.

  • Coordinate the community of experts and managers around Compliance and communicate

    • Ensure Compliance Hub is used actively for communication purpose with an objective to break silos in between Affiliates and provide broadly key information on Compliance

    • Create and manage a formal team of identified Compliance experts ensuring that information is shared and coordinated across the Group
