The Global Compensation Technology & Enablement Lead will design, optimize, and deliver the tools and technology that power our rewards programs and processes.In this role, you’ll ensure seamless execution of our compensation cycles, and enhancing the employee and manager experience through intuitive, efficient, and future-ready solutions. You’ll be constantly exploring opportunities to simplify and streamline processes using technology, automation, and AI, ensuring our systems and data infrastructure can scale with the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to use technology to amplify impact, and you will play a key role in shaping how our newly unified global company delivers compensation with purpose, precision, and ease.
