Retail & Commercial Division aims to transform the business by defining and implementing the global strategy and ambition for R&C business across all geographies according to the principles outlined in the operating model.
This will include the definition of the key strategic objectives and the instruments for achieving them, with a focus on:
Product and customer experience simplification and standardization across countries.
Process automation and organization delayering and simplification.
Common technology platform deployment, with global T&O outflow management.

Key Mission:
- Strategic leadership: drive global commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market trends.
- Project management: oversee execution of strategic projects coordinating with core countries, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards and value proposal.
- Innovation and change culture: foster innovation and promote best practices to develop a culture of change within the company.
- Stakeholder engagement and team development: enhance communication with senior and global stakeholders, and support team development and evolution.
