Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive EXO Administrator to join our dynamic team, specializing in Microsoft Exchange Online (EXO) and the broader Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and evolution of our global email and collaboration infrastructure.
You’ll lead the charge in managing hybrid Exchange environments, executing seamless migrations, and ensuring secure, compliant mail flow across diverse domains. Your expertise will drive the implementation of robust policies, retention strategies, and transport rules, while your troubleshooting acumen will keep our systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Online and legacy Exchange
Server environments.
- Perform domain takeover activities including validation, DNS configuration, and mail flow redirection.
- Manage hybrid Exchange configurations and support coexistence scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, mailbox access, and Exchange services.
- Plan and execute migrations from legacy Exchange to M365 Exchange Online.
- Implement and manage Exchange policies, retention tags, and transport rules.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and secure mail routing.
- Monitor system performance and availability, and implement improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.
- Document procedures, configurations, and changes in a structured manner.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Exchange Administrator in both M365 and legacy environments.
- Strong understanding of domain takeover processes and DNS management.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange hybrid deployments and migration tools (e.g., Hybrid Wizard, EAC, PowerShell).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
