The role of the Client Executive is to create a sustainable Everest-Client relationship, resulting in strong account retention and business growth opportunities. This will be accomplished through enhanced interaction with risk managers and their brokers, create effective client service platform, establish a formal stewardship, and account planning process, actively engaging Everest internal leadership, underwriting staff, claims, service teams and aligning with Everest business plan and expectations. Client Executives require an attitude of service and accountability and always working to improve each client's interaction and experience with Everest on a Global Basis.
Objectives & Goals
- Regularly scheduled meetings with each assigned client and broker to discuss current Everest relationship and align with client's Risk Management Goals/Objectives. A detailed client plan should be reviewed and updated annually and provide insight to share with internal client team and highlight potential expansion opportunities.
- Lead the Stewardship process for clients, brokers, and the entire Everest account team. Work closely with each client to customize the stewardship meeting/process to fit their needs and goals. Stewardship meetings should be held annually with each client.
- Enhance and connect the entire Everest account team, including UW/UW Managers, Claims, Regional Management and Operations. Develop, maintain, and disseminate client information regularly to all team members to enhance communication and educate team members on relationship and client activity. This will include client plans, stewardship reports and follow up, account roster as well as all open and pending items/tasks.
- Institutionalize Relationship by providing all assigned clients with access to Everest senior leadership and product line leadership while promoting the Everest brand within the global insurance market.
- Drive Everest Business Plan: Understand each product line and regional business plans and translate into action for all assigned clients. This includes all existing business as well a targeted lines to ensure the entire relationship is considered in the decision-making process.
- Drive Client Satisfaction: Manage overall service delivery and assigned tasks for each client to insure we are meeting their expectations and creating loyalty. Demonstrate appropriate levels of accountability and authority when carrying out tasks and elevate necessary issues to senior management.
- Account Retention – Goal of renewal retention on CE accounts to be 2 to 4 % above average for Everest Large Account book.
- Account Targeting & Growth – Work with all major product lines to evaluate and target expanded lines on each assigned account. Leverage current relationships and connection with each client to provide additional account penetration and premium growth.
- Work with product line leaders to understand underwriting appetite by line of business to assist with alignment to customer needs and cross sell opportunities.
