The team you will be part of

You will join GN's Global Product Owner Team, headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark. Our supply chain and System Excellence team is a collaborative group of skilled professionals who prioritize open communication and collective contribution.

As a Business Product Owner for D365FO, you will work closely with IT Product Owners and Product Owners for other applications, System Architects, Global and Local Process Owners, and Functional Consultants.

You will report directly to Senior Manager, Global Operations D365FO, Dorthe Fugl, however, your daily tasks will be with your stakeholders.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Enhance Solution Excellence: Manage the stabilization, development, optimization, and standardization of our current D365FO solution while contributing to future enhancements based on requirements from our Hearing, Enterprise, and Gaming divisions

• Manage Dual Focus: Balance operational responsibilities with project deliverables, thriving in an environment that requires simultaneous attention to multiple key areas

• Ensure Process Compliance: Review and validate that business requirements align with our global processes, translating approved processes into actionable design requests

• Coordinate Testing Initiatives: Conduct System Integration Testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with superusers and business requesters

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• have in depth operational and working knowledge within supply chain processes

• have demonstrated working experience with D365FO

• have experience from a similar role or from implementations of ERP systems

• have effective stakeholder management skills and consider yourself someone who works collaboratively across teams

• have experience from a corporate organization

• you are fluent in English both orally and in writing
