The PositionThe Opportunity:
As a Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS), you are the bridge between financial strategy and digital execution. You don't just follow the standard; you define it. Joining the Global Finance Business Process Management Organization within Roche Service & Solutions, you will be one of the architects of our global financial data landscape.
Your mission is to help move Finance beyond traditional reporting into the era of Predictive Analytics. You will contribute to the E2E evolution of our global template, ensuring that our Reporting and Planning processes are not just harmonized, but are competitive advantages.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse new requirements from our stakeholders and design innovative solutions.
- Architect of Planning: Act as one of the Global Product Owner for the different Financial Planning modules in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You are responsible for ensuring the template is robust, scalable and user-friendly.
- Digital Transformation (Project Aspire): Lead and/or support the deployment of our global template within the Aspire Project, acting as a guardian of the Global Template while adapting to business needs.
- Community & Adoption: Build a global network. You aren't just a trainer; you are an advocate for data-driven culture, gathering feedback from the community to fuel the next iteration of your tools.
- Strategic Governance: Manage the realization of change requests. You will balance the need for innovation with the discipline of global guardrails.
- The AI Scout: Partner directly with the Financial Data Office and AI Office supporting the Digital Roadmap. You won't just "watch" trends; you will identify, pilot, and deploy high-impact AI use cases that redefine how we forecast and analyze. Therefore you will get exposure in global initiatives and projects.
Who you are:
- The Strategic Builder: You have a degree in Finance or Business with 5-6 years of relevant experience, but your passion lies in how technology enables finance. You are curious to discover the potential of new technologies
- The Tech Hybrid: You have a strong foundation in SAP FI/CO or S/4 HANA and a curiosity for AI and Advanced Analytics. You bring a sound understanding of Business Warehouses like BW/4 or Datasphere. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a massive plus. Knowledge of any other analytical tool is an advantage.
- The "Out-of-the-Box" Problem Solver: You find elegant solutions to complex data challenges. You are comfortable in Agile environments and know how to translate a business pain point into a technical requirement.
- The Global Influencer: You thrive in cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply Chain, IT etc) and have the communication "flair" to manage senior stakeholders across Pharma and Diagnostics.
- The Change Agent: You are a team player with a "hands-on" mentality who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to drive global standardization.
In exchange we provide you with:
