The global business process leader – demand generation candidate is part innovator, part, and will bring subject matter expertise to their area of focus. It will require an experienced leader who can balance future state, current state subject matter expertise, while being.
You will provide direction on process design, deployment, change management, and governance within their process area to help the company exceed performance targets. This will be accomplished through an understanding of not only their process area, but also upstream and downstream process inputs, outputs, and dependencies. Cross-enterprise collaboration, and an ability to synthesize information from multiple inputs to will be key attributes to drive success in this role.

Role Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert in Demand Generation
Process Governance
Process Design and Optimization
Partner Management
Continuous Improvement
Technology Enablement: The GBPL collaborates with IT teams and product owners to use technology and automation solutions to improve and increase global business process. They contribute to technology requirements, participate in system implementation projects, and promote the use of digital tools to enhance process efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or marketing.
- Advanced level of English
- Experience with technology automation marketing
- Operational experience
- Deal with stakeholders
- Legal authorization to work is required – we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires 8 years of business-related experience in relevant industries.
