Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • GCC Hubs Business Operations: Owner of the hub performance scorecards. (KPIs, SLAs,

  • Metrics etc). Build dashboards and lead weekly/monthly business reviews with global and local stakeholders.

  • Cross-functional program management- Lead complex, high-impact programs and initiatives in the hub that will lead to improved employee experience, better compliance and superior hub performance.

  • Customer Visit/ Global Visit Excellence – Coordinating with various functions & ensuring world class experience for global and customer visits

  • Process & efficiency: Identify gaps and bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions in hubs.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between cross functional teams.

  • Risk & compliance: Partner with legal, HR, compliance, security and IT to ensure adherence to

  • local laws, data privacy, and company policies. Support audits and business continuity planning

Qualification & Skill Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or relevant operations/ project management certification is a plus

  • 12+ years in business operations, program management, or consulting. 5+ years leading ops for a GCC/shared services/COE.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing business operations, project management and resource management, stakeholder engagement, and overall governance.

  • Strong analytical skills - Excel/Sheets, familiarity with BI tools like Tableau/ Power BI.

  • Familiarity with GCC models, India compliance, and working with US/EU stakeholders across time zones.

  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research organizations will be an advantage

  • Leadership: You influence without authority, communicate crisply, and bias toward action.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
