Job Description:

Shape the Future of Global AdTech Growth

We are seeking a senior global business leader to drive the growth and transformation of our AdTech business worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a scalable global platform, deliver significant revenue and profit growth, and build the foundation for long‑term success across APAC, the US, and EMEA.

Operating at the intersection of commercial leadership, technical depth, and operational excellence, this position requires the ability to lead across functions and regions, turning strategy into execution while navigating complex global environments.

If you are a seasoned semiconductor industry leader with strong commercial instincts, operational perspective, and a global mindset, this role provides the scale, influence, and challenge to match your ambition.

Your Role & Impact

R&D & Technical Oversight

Working closely with R&D teams, you will align chemical product development with evolving customer node requirements. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of chemical applications within semiconductor manufacturing and the ability to translate technical capability into customer value.

Cross‑Functional Integration

Drawing on experience in areas such as supply chain management, JV operations, or manufacturing, you will optimize cost, quality, and supply resilience. You will align closely with regional leaders in APAC and the US to ensure global consistency and strong cross‑regional collaboration.

Leadership & Culture

You will lead a team of senior commercial and R&D leaders, setting a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and results orientation. You will foster a self‑directed, high‑ownership culture that supports both performance and long‑term capability building.
