YOUR MISSION

As a Global Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Glovo Brands Ads team, which provides a suite of services designed to help some of the World’s top CPG  brands, media agencies and non endemic brands to grow their reach, engagement and sales within Glovo audience. You will work with the Global POCs of top CPG Brands to define and execute Joint Business Plans across the markets (22 countries). 

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the relationship with 2/3 Top CPG brands at the Global level
  • Draft Joint Business Plans with some of the World’s top CPG Brands across 25+ countries (growth strategy, assortment optimisation and marketing investment)
  • Coordinate the execution of the Joint Business Plans with the brands and Glovo local teams, ensuring impact across countries for the brands you support. 
  • Partner internally with key business areas (Qcommerce, Food, Legal, CRM…) to help brands to grow their business.
  • Support on marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility sales increase across markets.
  • Regularly audit and report key business metrics to brands, continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & countries.
  • Provide business advice to brands identifying key growth opportunities / improvement points, by a regular performance measurement process together with ad-hoc analysis
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation of the team processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in FMCG, media agencies or other online players
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
