Essity is looking for an experienced Global Brand Innovation Manager who will be responsible for the Soaps and Sanitzer products and develop and deliver innovative new solutions to better meet the needs of a target audience. They will lead prioritized projects through all stages of the innovation funnel from concept to launch, which will be executed by the regional teams. Cooperates closely with the Global Brand Director, lead markets, Market Research, R&D, and others to create a strong launch plan to drive company sales growth and reach overall Essity targets.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA, Medellin, Colombia, or Santa Fe, Mexico City, Mexico.

- Recommend the assortment vision & ambition to the Global Brand Director.
- Use global segmentation & positioning to identify gaps vs competition.
- Discover, develop and evaluate new territories / new concepts that enable a balanced flow of activities.
- Recommend product & solution innovations that build on key brand features and design to validate with key marketing communities.
- Secure a superior customer understanding, develop strong category insights, and define a sharp research plan in collaboration with the insights team.
- Act as project manager for relevant innovation projects through all stages of the Innovation funnel, pivoting when required to meet the regulatory & sustainability requirements.
- Develop assortment, claims, pack design and price positioning.
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5+ years of innovation or product manager experience
- Experience in soaps and sanitzers preferred.
- Strong project management experience and driving innovation
- Agile, insights-oriented project manager with experience in driving innovation
- Deep passion for innovation, branding and sustainability
- Proven ability to drive engagement, collaborate with, and influence multiple stakeholders and to achieve results in a matrix organization.
- Spanish Speaker a plus
