Global AP Coordinator  

Summary:

Global AP is a growing shared services department located in our downtown Orlando Office. We are looking for candidates able to work in a developing collaborative environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Process large volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure correct invoice routing for workflow approval and GL coding.
  • Timely respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment and discrepancies.
  • Manipulate large data files for import into the ERP system.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements including multisystem research.
  • Assist with system testing for new projects and implementations.
  • Participate in special projects, ad hoc reports, and cross-train with other team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of generating and updating annual 1099 fillings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

  • Associate’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP and SaaS systems, including NetSuite, Chrome River and Litify.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a developing collaborative environment.
