As Account Onboarding & Data Analyst within our “Global Alternatives Client Onboarding” team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end account set-up and ongoing maintenance for institutional clients and mutual funds
- Manage lifecycle events including asset transitions, terminations, liquidations, and custodian changes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across the account and fund lifecycle
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure client service needs are consistently met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to execute events smoothly and efficiently
- Communicate updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns to maintain operational continuity
- Maintain accurate and current account documentation aligned to internal policies and standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mandatory change-driven updates
- Identify risks across account and fund events and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Improve processes and procedures through continuous evaluation and global best-practice collaboration
- Prepare reporting and analyze lifecycle data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

- Bring experience in account management, fund management, client services, or a similar role
- Demonstrate strong understanding of financial products, services, and fund operations
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Solve problems proactively and apply strong attention to detail in execution
- Leverage Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management experience
- Identify process improvements and implement changes using digital tooling (e.g., Python, Tableau, Alteryx)
