As our new Global Account Manager, you will lead the global orchestration, activation, and growth of Malt's largest multinational accounts. Joining our Global Account Management department, you will act as the primary partner for global stakeholders and govern multi-country deployment. Your mission is to design and execute long-term global strategies that drive renewals, expansion, and strong contract revenue realization.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Build and execute comprehensive global account strategies, aligning multiple countries, teams, and use cases.
- Identify and engage global HR, Procurement, and executive C-level stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
- Lead complex, multi-country discovery, qualification, and opportunity shaping utilizing the full MEDDIC framework.
- Manage high-stakes, multi-country MSA negotiations and commercial decisions involving Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
- Coordinate global deployment plans and pilots while quickly resolving international blockers.
- Govern regional forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and data integrity within our CRM systems.
- Drive continuous expansion across new entities, geographic markets, and high-value project use cases.
About you 🧑🚀
- High-level education, ideally in International Business, Sales Strategy, or a related commercial field.
Relevant enterprise experience (minimum 7+ years) in global account management or complex enterprise sales, with a proven track record of handling multinational stakeholder structures.
Native level in French and strong English proficiency to navigate cross-border communications seamlessly within our European teams.
Advanced command of the MEDDIC sales methodology, global sales forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Strong project management and market research skills, with the capability to deliver ROI-driven value pitches to executive decision-makers.

Skills Required
