OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
- Owns Product design activities for the assigned product under the business group.
- Initiate, plan, organize, execute, monitor/ control, & direct the completion of builds.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Drives Experience review / comparative assessment that can improve the product experience.
- Work on detailing on the product design with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory & commercial requirements are included in builds.
- Prepares user stories and co-authors Product Service Design (PSD) documents to verbalize requirements to Commercial and Technical Squad.
- Closely work with the Squad, Tribe, Portfolio Mgt. to ensure builds are delivered on spec and on-time, that resources to deliver product features are in place and issues are resolved and properly filed.
- Files & manages Product backlog, defects, enhancements until closure.
- Attends & co-drives meetings with the scrum master for the effective and efficient development of product features.
- Map out the high level customer front-end & back-end experience to aid in product analysis.
- Closely work with Product Operationalization to come up with supporting processes, handling and product briefs necessary for launch.
