Production Supervisor – Windows Division (Baldwin, GA)
SUMMARY
Westlake Windows, part of Westlake Corporation’s Housing Infrastructure Products segment, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily window manufacturing operations at our Baldwin, GA facility. This leader is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, labor planning, and employee development while ensuring production schedules are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure compliance with all Westlake safety policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Lead, train, coach, and develop production employees; support staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
Oversee daily production activities, including labor planning, material flow, and execution of the production schedule.
Monitor production output and quality; perform inspections and address issues promptly to meet specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of production, quality, safety, and attendance; process timecards and reports as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, workflow, equipment performance, and product quality.
Attend daily production meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and status updates to employees and leadership.
Enforce operational, safety, and housekeeping procedures to ensure consistent performance across shifts.
Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements.
Provide hands-on process support and training when needed to reinforce proper methods or support workflow.
Direct and support the glass cutting team to ensure quality and production schedules are met.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of production processes.
Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with measurements and basic math; ability to read a tape measure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
8+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in building products or windows.
Experience managing employees and fostering strong employee relations.
Proven ability to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to walk, bend, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and work in production environments.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work around dust, chemicals, environmental temperature changes, and noise levels above 85 decibels.
Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hats, steel-toe footwear, etc.
Work involves both office and manufacturing floor environments.
