- Lead the planning and implementation of comprehensive campaigns for assigned use cases, aimed at boosting baseline user growth, maintaining awareness, and promoting a positive trend in brand health.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop customer-focused features, and spearhead marketing campaigns for product retention and habituation.
- Conduct regular business analyses for the use case, transforming insights into integrated strategies, and executing campaigns to achieve exponential growth and meet targets.
- Act as the consumer advocate throughout the end-to-end experience of the use case, conducting consumer immersions and market validations to enhance user experience and expand use case penetration.
- Exhibit excellence in brand financial management by optimizing investment efficiency across P&L statements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to attract new users to GCash Insurance, leveraging digital marketing channels, strategic partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
- Lead the strategic development of innovative insurance product offers that meet the specific needs and preferences of our target market, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Drive usage and adoption of GCash Insurance products through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop products and service offers tailored for both consumer and B2B (business-to-business) segments, addressing unique needs and enhancing value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development and marketing to co-develop customer-focused features and enhance product offerings.
- Conduct regular business analyses for the use case, transforming insights into integrated strategies, and executing campaigns to achieve exponential growth and meet targets.
- Partner with analytics teams to measure, analyze, and optimize key metrics related to user acquisition, usage, retention, and insurance product performance.
- Cultivate consumer love by engaging deeply with current and potential users, and effectively representing their interests during internal discussions.\
