At P&G Bucharest iHUB, we're hosting 1-Day IT hiring events on April 1st and April 2nd of 2025, allowing you to complete final interviews in one day and receive an offer shortly after.
No specific previous work experience is required to qualify as applicant! You are a great fit if you are a final year Bachelors student or recent graduate with strong academic results and a passion for technology or IT. What you need to do to qualify for the day is to apply and if selected, pass the online assessments and first interview by 25th of March!
During this recruiting event we are looking for new colleagues in the Information Technology Organization on multiple junior level IT open roles and internships.
Some of the most important responsibilities for the options of roles will include:
Software Engineer: Depending on the project, you will develop software applications using C#, Java, React, or Python. You can also work with platforms like Boomi, Solace, Thingworx, Power BI, and Databricks.
Data Analyst: you will collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and create visualizations and reports for stakeholders. You will use statistical tools to identify trends and patterns, helping inform business decisions.
Internship: depending on your projects, you will assist with tasks related to coding, debugging, and testing applications, as well as data collection and visualization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s final year student / Master’s any year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Informatics, Management/Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar;

Proficiency i Office365 skills (Word, Excel etc.)

For Software Engineering: previous exposure to/use of software development (using C#, Java, React or Python), previous exposure to/use of CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Azure Pipelines etc.) and knowledge in SCRUM and DevOps methodologies;

For Data Analysis: understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data modeling principles. Familiarity with Azure Cloud services / KNIME / SAP is a plus.

For internship: understanding and/or experience in programming languages, familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools; willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
