Gestionar la disponibilidad de recursos en base al plan de muestreo de cada proyecto a su cargo, así mismo solicitará equipos, materiales, viáticos y camionetas cumpliendo con el diseño establecido además de brindar soporte a los coordinadores en los diferentes procesos operativos.
 

RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:

• Gestionar los recursos, equipos, camionetas, viáticos y materiales, en base al diseño de cada proyecto.
• Manejo de gastos operativos por proyecto.
• Programar de manera mensual, de acuerdo a los entregables requeridos, las tareas diarias en el Datascope.
• Seguimiento y registro de ingreso de muestras en el laboratorio asegurándose que cumpla los requisitos de calidad.
• Brindar soporte a los coordinadores de monitoreo ambiental en los diferentes procesos operativos que se requiera.
• Dar seguimiento a los entregables digitales y físicos correspondientes al proyecto, asegurándose la completa entrega de información.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de reporte de data al Mylims teniendo en consideración los tiempos de entrega para no afectar el TAT.
• Seguimiento del retorno de los equipos y vehículos al término del monitoreo.
• Mantener informado a los coordinadores de monitoreo ambiental sobre las incidencias en las cadenas de custodia, muestras u otros.
• Seguimiento del registro de envíos de muestras en diversos proyectos en el Weblims.
• Actuar según las políticas de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de ALS para obtener resultados confiables según los objetivos y metas definidos por el SGI.
