Job Description- You will be the first point of contact for all people’s operations queries for our DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) especially for employees, line managers and senior leaders
- Execute all human resources transactions such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit, personnel information management and contract management
- Actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders and local market, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations
- Communicate and advise on simple People Operations policies and services in a consistent manner
- Perform administration and fulfilment on identified employee lifecycle processes across the market
- You will actively identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience
Working pattern
- Office Location: Budapest (11th District)
- Hybrid working method with 1 office day
- Permanent position
- 40 hours weekly

- At least 1-year experience in HR Generalist role is an advantage
- Experience in an international company and/or shared services HR function
- Native German + high level of English knowledge
- You are result- and detail orientated and have a process driven mindset
- You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
