Job Description

  • You will be the first point of contact for all people’s operations queries for our DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) especially for employees, line managers and senior leaders
  • Execute all human resources transactions such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit, personnel information management and contract management
  • Actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders and local market, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end service delivery of People Operations
  • Communicate and advise on simple People Operations policies and services in a consistent manner
  • Perform administration and fulfilment on identified employee lifecycle processes across the market
  • You will actively identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience

Working pattern

  • Office Location: Budapest (11th District)
  • Hybrid working method with 1 office day
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours weekly

Qualifications

  • At least 1-year experience in HR Generalist role is an advantage
  • Experience in an international company and/or shared services HR function
  • Native German + high level of English knowledge
  • You are result- and detail orientated and have a process driven mindset
  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication
