- Design and implementation of SAP and Excel-based dashboards to deliver real-time visibility on inventory, service levels, and order performance across Sales and Business functions.
- Coordination and execution of logistics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams from transportation, warehousing, sales, and customer areas to deliver cost-reduction benefits for the business.
- Conducted on-site visits and strategic client engagement sessions to strengthen collaboration and drive business outcomes
- Performed data-driven analysis to optimize logistics discount allocation and inventory distribution across multiple DCs, ensuring product availability and mitigating supply risks.
- Coordinate weekly continuous improvement meetings with operational areas: LogOps, Transportation, Customer Service, Demand Planning, DRP, and 3PL.
- Oversaw end-to-end order lifecycle-from monthly sales planning to customer delivery-ensuring timely unloading and mitigating costs from delays and order rejections.
- Managed product catalog updates and ensured compliance with customer-specific delivery requirements across the channel.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Cross-functional experience (sales, Logistics, demand planning,
- SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration or related.
- Billing, Order Management, Backorder, Returns, Office Management, SAP Management (SD module), administrative controls, customer portal management and Office.
- English fluent (Reading, writing, spoken).
