Resumen
The Senior Manager – Quality Assurance is a pivotal architect of quality excellence, entrusted with driving the implementation and rigorous compliance of Constellation Brands’ Bottling and Packaging Quality Standards across all brewery operations. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the corporate vision of “Best On-Shelf” by championing world-class quality controls and specifications throughout the end-to-end bottling and packaging processes. By leveraging advanced analytics and strategic oversight, the Senior Manager ensures that every product delivered not only meets but elevates the standards of quality, reinforcing the organization’s mission to “Build Brands that People Love” and securing a lasting competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Responsabilidades
1. Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development, documentation, and deployment of the Beer Division’s Bottling and Packaging Standards, utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and performance KPIs to establish robust, data-driven quality frameworks that underpin operational excellence.
2. Risk Mitigation: Design and implement comprehensive Quality Policies and Severe Incident Prevention Protocols, proactively fortifying the organization against potential deviations, product withdrawals, or recalls, and safeguarding brand reputation. Direct the Traceability program at the brewery level.
3. Operational Excellence: Provide visionary guidance and strategic planning for new brewery construction, expansion initiatives, and business integrations, ensuring that quality protocols are seamlessly embedded into every facet of bottling and packaging operations.
4. Continuous Improvement: Conduct annual, in-depth process audits across all packaging lines, employing sophisticated assessment tools to identify operational gaps, drive corrective action plans, and foster a culture of relentless improvement.
5. New Technology: Champion the evaluation, and integration of new technologies and digitalization initiatives that redefine quality assurance standards. Stay at the forefront of industry advancements to pilot and scale innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and competitive differentiation. Foster a culture of innovation within the quality team, empowering stakeholders to embrace new tools and methodologies that future-proof the organization’s quality strategy.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage and influence a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders—including Packaging Teams, Engineering, R&D, Brewery Leadership, and Suppliers—to harmonize quality objectives and accelerate the achievement of corporate goals.
7. Change Agent: Act as a catalyst for innovation and transformation within the quality function, championing best practices and embedding a quality-first mindset across the organization.
