- Design, implement, and manage Kanban boards for multiple teams/projects.
- Coach and educate team members and stakeholders on Kanban principles and practices.
- Facilitate regular Kanban meetings, including daily stand-ups, replenishment meetings, and review sessions.
- Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and enable smooth flow of work items.
- Collect and analyze metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput) to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean/Agile transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Materials managers, and Leadership to align goals and priorities.
- Report on team progress and performance using Kanban analytics.
- Maintain transparency and visibility of project status across teams.
- Lead efforts to evolve Kanban practices to fit team or organizational context.
- Proven experience working with Kanban, lean, or agile methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with digital Kanban tools
- Analytical mindset; experience working with process metrics.
- Ability to drive change and promote continuous improvement.
