Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical support of Rotary Cutters production line, leading and implementing projects to improve efficiency, resolving quality issues through corrective and preventive actions, actively participating in the Business Improvement Team to drive continuous improvement, and conducting safety audits to ensure compliance with standards while fostering a culture of operational excellence and workplace safety.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo) for layout and tooling design.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Torque tools and assembly tooling design.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and process improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive attitude
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies Understanding of assembly line operations, ergonomics, and safety standards.
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
