- Lead daily manufacturing operations for the assigned area to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
- Drive the implementation and sustainment of FLIGHT DECK to strengthen daily management, standard work, problem solving, visual management, and operating discipline.
- Lead lean and transformation initiatives that improve flow, reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve overall production performance.
- Provide leadership to salaried and hourly teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Translate business and production priorities into operational execution, including resource alignment, staffing focus, and improvement actions.
- Use data, team input, and cross-functional collaboration to solve operational challenges and support performance improvement.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 8 years of Manufacturing shop operations leadership experience.
