Gerente de Prospecção de Novos Negócios

Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Novos Negócios altamente qualificado para se juntar à Organon Brasil. O profissional será responsável por liderar iniciativas estratégicas de desenvolvimento de negócios, identificar e avaliar novas oportunidades no mercado, estabelecer parcerias estratégicas e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a prospecção e desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades de negócios no setor farmacêutico.

  • Analisar profundamente as tendências do mercado e a concorrência para identificar áreas estratégicas de crescimento.

  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos de alto nível com potenciais parceiros de negócios, stakeholders e líderes da indústria.

  • Conduzir negociações complexas e fechar acordos estratégicos que alinhem com os objetivos da empresa.

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de marketing, vendas, pesquisa e desenvolvimento para elaborar e implementar estratégias de negócio efetivas.

  • Preparar e apresentar relatórios detalhados de análises de mercado, projeções de crescimento e roadmap estratégico para a alta administração.

  • Acompanhar e garantir conformidade com regulamentações e políticas da indústria farmacêutica.

  • Adaptação às Mudanças do Mercado:

    • Adaptar-se rapidamente às mudanças e tendências do mercado, e ajustar as estratégias de negócio para aproveitar novas oportunidades ou mitigar riscos.

  • Projeção e Planejamento Estratégico:

    • Desenvolver e apresentar planos estratégicos de longo prazo baseados em análises de mercado, projeções de crescimento, riscos e oportunidades.

Qualificações:

  • Bacharelado em Administração, Farmácia, Biologia, Bioquímica ou áreas relacionadas; Mestrado ou MBA será considerado um diferencial.

  • Experiência significativa e comprovada em uma posição similar na indústria farmacêutica, mas também estamos abertos para outros mercados.

  • Capacidade demonstrada de liderar equipes, projetos e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócios.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e negociação.

  • Pensamento estratégico e forte capacidade analítica.

  • Proficiência em ferramentas de CRM, software de análise de mercado e gestão de projetos.

  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes conforme necessário.
