Commercial Sales Manager Perú & ArgentinaIron Mountain is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Perú. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a commercialization strategy to drive revenue and business growth across our emerging portfolio of technology products and services in the Peru and Argentina markets. You will lead a high-performing multifunctional sales team, acting as a strategic change agent and business expert to ensure our customers receive best-in-class technology solutions.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Define and execute sales tactics aligned with company strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and new customer acquisitions through dedicated account management.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team collaborating with Product Management and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and strategic success factors.
Monitor market developments and sales performance using data-driven insights and tools like Salesforce to ensure the team is aligned with profitability plans and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience as a sales leader, ideally within a data-driven business or Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
Strong knowledge of the markets in Perú and Argentina.
Strong knowledge of market trends and delivery models, with a keen attention to data, sales tracking, and previous experience using Salesforce.
Proven ability in strategic thinking and change management, with a successful track record of managing multiple parallel work streams and influencing others without formal authority.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, and fluency in English is required.
