We are looking for a Brand Manager to build together a more confident future for Mexican families.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate will join a high-performance, multi-disciplinary and well-integrated marketing team in which the scope of the position will be complementary between lines of business-driven duties and corporate initiatives in pursue of creativity, innovation, digital transformation and overall marketing ROI. To work closely with marketing director and CMO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives facing integrated marketing - advertising campaigns.
- Support conceptualization and execution of campaigns across customer journey, ensuring consistency of messaging across touchpoints.
- Develop content initiatives across owned, paid and earned media spaces in collaboration with digital, comms and agency teams to foster specific brand KPIs.
- Track & report on effectiveness marketing drivers to secure accountability, results and best practices.
- Support specific innovation and strategic programs fostering execution, time to market and communication across stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing or communication and Business Administration.
- Digital Marketing / Digital Business certifications or courses.
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years in Marketing roles
- Experience in CPG, Finance or Banking (desirable)
- Digital driven companies and/or start-ups (desirable)
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
- Digital marketing savvy, experienced and hands-on over strategy, execution & measurement.
- Marketing Integration-driven mind with eye for creativity, advertising campaigns & metrics.
- Project management and campaign keeper skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. (imperative)
- Team player and co-creator (we win together)
