Location: - Hartford, CT

Joining Mode: - 6+ Month Contract

Job Description:-

1. Genesys Framework, Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) including SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing Stat Servers, Reporting Stat Servers, Interaction Center
2. Application Operation, Maintenance and Development
3. Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework
4. Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP,WFM, Infomart, Interaction Workspace
5. Change, Incident/Service Request/ Release Management on Genesys, Upgrades of Genesys components

Skills Required

Experience with Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)
Knowledge of Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Inbound Voice Applications (Genesys 8.1)
Familiarity with SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server
Experience with Routing Stat Servers and Reporting Stat Servers
Experience with Interaction Center and Interaction Workspace
Experience with WFM and Infomart
Application operation, maintenance and development on Genesys
Change, incident/service request and release management for Genesys components and upgrades
