PTP is looking for a hands-on Genesys Developer to join our Customer Experience practice. At PTP, we value aptitude and creativity as well as experience. We are a diverse organization and are looking for bright, passionate and committed professionals who strive to be the best at what they do.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate JAD sessions with customers
- Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions
- Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration and development
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
- Mentor other technical team members
Requirements
In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 2 years of experience with:
- Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE and WWE)
- .NET and C# Development
