What you’ll do: 

  • You will join the Central function of Generosity within the Online Operations department;

  • You will be involved in defining a central generosity strategy, with particular focus on quantitative methodologies, setting corporate standards and best practices for a data driven decision making validation framework relating to generosity measurement and optimization

  • You will functionally coordinate a team of 2 qualified people;

  • You will be accountable as a high level top advisor in your functional area of expertise: you will be responsible for the quality of the team's outputs and for meeting deadlines and deliverables;

  • As main tasks and activities you will oversee, you will:

    • Define the Overall generosity strategy creating a new paradigm of Data Driven Decision Making, setting up a KPI validation framework, key processes and tools across all brands and countries, to enable a real “Model driven generosity

    • Define and setup an inferential statistics validation model for correct and significant measurement of uplift, marketing ROI and incremental financials due to generosity

    • Identify Key Metrics in line with strategic goals defining measurement process guidelines and strategic data requirements for reporting tools

    • Provide blueprints for group-approved best in class validation frameworks set up and application, consisting in calculation methodology, tool set up and delivery

    • Monitor trends, exploring literature, events and third party offerings to identify best practices and most effective quantitative methodologies

    • Collaborate with Product – Martech teams to define key requisites and evaluation criteria for Martech solutions

    • Acts as Flutter SEA key member for Flutter group Community of practices and best practice sharing on Generosity and Model Driven Generosity areas

What you’ll bring:

  • at least 5 years of experience in similar technical role, with proven knowledge and expertise in data driven quantitative optimization processes and methodologies;

  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in performance monitoring, such as for example A-B Testing, uplift driven marketing strategy optimization and inferential BI;

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, ideally proficient in other statistical optimization and BI measurement tools such as Python or Power BI;

  • Knowledge and experience of applied inferential statistics considered a plus;

  • proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

  • a proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative approach;

  • knowledge of how to manage people and how to work in team;

  • knowledge of how to organize and plan activities in order to achieve your targets;

  • previous participation in marketing strategy or BI projects in the Operations / Online area
