This position reports to:
Leadership Learning Architect__
In this role you will be part of the group People Development function and report to the Leadership Learning Architect responsible for AI development in our learning function.
Working model: hybrid #LI-hybrid.
The location is flexible within Europe, outside Switzerland.
Your role and responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging workshops and training programs on how to use AI tools for productivity gains, innovation, and personal development.
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools and platforms to improve how work gets done across ABB
- Rapidly explore capabilities and limitations, prototype practical use cases (e.g., content creation, knowledge support, workflow augmentation, learning and productivity), and translate experimentation into scalable guidance and adoption.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in AI and related technologies and share this knowledge with the ABB community. Monitor AI trends and best practices in other organizations to identify opportunities for ABB.
- Act as an internal advocate for the use of AI, promoting its potential to improve processes and outcomes.
- Support the adoption of AI within ABB by addressing employee concerns and promoting the benefits of AI-driven solutions.
- Support collaboration with other teams within ABB, particularly the IT department, and corporate communications to identify opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
Proven experience in effectively leveraging generative AI solutions, AI training delivery, and/or AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, strengths and limitations and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience in AI-related training, facilitation, and driving adoption, including focus on change management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., technology, business, communications, education).
ideally some formal education on generative AI
- Broad understanding of AI (history of AI, challenges, ethical dilemmas), follows different forums / authorities from this field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft services and tools, related certificates are a plus.
