Overall in charge of compensation and benefit related matters.
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system
- Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates
- Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to compensation and benefits.
- Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
- Support and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
- Administer salary surveys and analyze data to recommend adjustments.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance
- Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
- Administration of employee benefits - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization
- Integral part of TISAX audits and adherence matters
- Any other HR projects as assigned
- Degree (Human Resource Management, Business Admin)
- Minimum 10 -15 years HR related experience
- Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communications skills and value team work
- Meticulous and Diligent
- Analytical
- Pleasant Personality and Cheerful Disposition
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, and Labour Legislations
