Essential Functions
We are seeking well-trained Ob/Gyn Generalist (Obstetrics and Gynecology) interested in joining a medical group that includes 3 clinic locations. Our women’s division includes Hospitalist services in three of our major hospitals to assist our physicians with L&D care and deliveries.
Highlights:
- We are an academically focused practice involved with Sunrise OB/GYN residency program Love being an educator join us in resident education (Grand Rounds, M&M, and Pre-Op review.).
- Foster best practice, evidence-based care for our patients.
- Highly skilled MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery) surgeons
- Access to robotics, Vnotes
- APP support (OB care team as well as feed GYN cases to generalist)
- Designated OR days
Position Details
- Clinic Setting
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours/day
- Average Patient Census: 28-30/day; 4-5 deliveries/week
- Ability to practice medicine independently
- Call schedule is for GYN call only and limited to 3 hospitals (One or 2 depending on call schedule assignment)
- Provide childbirth and postpartum care for new mothers
- Diagnose and treat conditions that affect women, such as menopause, pelvic floor disorders, urinary tract health.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible to have a current and unrestricted MD or DO license to practice medicine in Nevada
- Will consider new graduates
- Must have or be eligible to have a Nevada Pharmacy and DEA License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
