What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up processes
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales personnel
- Work closely with Finance and Service departments to maximize customer retention
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of dealership sales management experience required
- Previous GSM or high-volume Sales Manager experience preferred
- Strong desking and closing abilities
- Process-oriented with exceptional lead management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass background and drug screening
