Lead dealership sales operations by managing sales managers and consultants, driving new and used vehicle performance, overseeing inventory, pricing, merchandising, and lead follow-up. Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff while partnering with Finance and Service to improve customer retention. Build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture and contribute to sales growth and profitability.

Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, presenting vehicle features and options, conducting demonstrations, addressing objections, negotiating pricing, closing sales, resolving customer issues, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires strong communication, enthusiasm, customer rapport-building, commission-based compensation, and a clean valid driver’s license. Paid training and benefits are provided.
