Position Responsibilities: Responsabilidades del Puesto:
Limpieza y buen orden del centro de trabajo.
Apoyo en actividades menores de plomería-pintura-movimiento de equipos.
Limpieza de vehículos eléctricos de los propietarios de las residencias.
Asistir en trabajos menores de albañilería, pintura y otros.
Revisión del sistema de riego del jardín.
Revisión general de las plantas en el área de las residencias.
Apoyar actividades de reciclaje y selección de residuos generados por las actividades de la residencia.
Realizar actividades menores de mantenimiento preventivo de las áreas comunes de los huéspedes en las residencias.
Apoyar en la gestión de energía y el uso apropiado de los recursos.
