As the General Office Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various teams at our Bothell, Washington site. This will include ensuring mail retrieval daily to the local post office. You will also be responsible for procurement activities, partnering with our senior leaders and internal teams to support special projects and ensure all documents are uploaded daily to our database.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

  • Greets and announces clients, new hires, applicants, and visitors. Follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, and other visitors

  • Performs general clerical duties for distributing office faxes, packages, and mail as required. Uses tracking systems to record inbound and outbound documents, courier, freight, and mail. Follows location procedures for inbound deliveries

  • Daily retrieval of mail to the local post office to drop off and receive mail, sorting, and scanning mail to deliver to the correct departments

  • Locating consumer accounts and completing daily electronic deposit

  • Process company invoices, check requests, and expense reporting for the Director of Operations and Vice President's credit card expenses.

  • Orders office supplies and other common-use items for the location and off-site employee

  • Create daily reports and audits for the operations floors and quality department

  • Assist with special projects with client services and operations


What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • High School diploma or GED

  • A minimum of 1 year of general office experience utilizing Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experienced in handling multiple different job responsibilities simultaneously

  • You must have reliable transportation, as you will pick up the mail daily from the local post office.

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Thrives in a team environment to assist others as required

Pay Range:

$15.79 - $24.47

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
