Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
Serve as the connect between government departments, private companies, and other stakeholders .
Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
Coordinate project planning, implementation, and evaluation with all partners.
Build strong relationships with senior officials and partners to foster collaboration and consensus
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
Support the drafting and execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage the subsequent bidding processes.
Oversee and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined in contracts.
Conduct gap assessments to improve procurement and contract management efficiency.
Manage large-scale healthcare projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with national and state health policies.
Track project progress, deliverables, and outcomes, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
Implement Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems to monitor partner performance.
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools to assess the project's impact.
Prepare and present periodic reports detailing project results and outcomes.
Oversee external and independent audits of PPP (Private Public Partnership) activities.
This role requires significant experience of 10+ years in the Sales & Projects in Healthcare industry
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
