YOUR MISSION
- Lead the Armenian market as General Manager, taking full P&L ownership to define and execute our country-wide business strategy.
- Direct a top-tier team of over 30 professionals, fostering growth and ensuring operational excellence across all key departments.
- Establish and maintain crucial relationships with government authorities, regulators, and Armenia's leading CEOs and companies.

THE JOURNEY
- Have full P&L responsibility, owning business strategies and results
- Lead a top-notch team (+20 full time employees) and lead them to greatness
- Have direct oversight on multiple areas of responsibility: Q-Commerce, Operations, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, etc.
- Analyze business and financial data to take key decisions for the country
- Establish and maintain relationships with CEOs of some of Armenia´s leading companies, from restaurant chains to retailers, CPGs and financial institutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulators and government authorities
- Get into details, deep dive and problem solve, making things happen with your team
- Develop new business opportunities, anticipate issues and improve processes
- Act as the company’s legal representative in the country, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations."
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Relevant management experience: you can prove a successful track record with +10 years of relevant experience in highly demanding, fast-paced environments (start-ups, technology, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
- Leadership and communication skills: You have ample experience attracting talent, from first year employees to senior managers. You’ve inspired teams of +30 people, giving shape to business visions and leading them to greatness. You lead by example and are able to explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Commercial and business development acumen: You’ve led multi-million USD contract negotiations. You’re an experienced networker and trust builder, and feel comfortable in any type of business development situation.
- P&L management: You have experience having full P&L accountability, including the direct oversight of multiple departments including operations, partnerships, and other core functions of a company.
- Strong Culture Fit: You embody Glovo’s values. You’re collaborative, managing multiple stakeholders as you seek win-win arrangements in the interest of the company. You’re obsessed with performance, always ensuring high standards and continuously trying to raise the bar. You behave like a true business owner, having a natural bias for action and always pushing for things to happen with a results-oriented mindset. You’re data driven, you take calculated risks and challenge the status quo in the name of progress. You’re ambitious and truth-seeking, and your energy is contagious for others. You’re always one step ahead, thinking long term as you proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
