Responsibilities/Description:
- Carry out the registration and analysis of designated accounting items
- Carry out the issuance of local financial statements, prepare various internal accounting and financial reports.
- Determine, control different provisions and contingencies of income, costs and expenses for various companies of the IFF; with the purpose of contributing to the availability of accounting information in accordance with the defined policy and regulations
- Analyze and control main transactions and their treatment under IFRS, allocation of expenses and/or costs as assets and/or liabilities or equity.
- Analyze and prepare financial, accounting and tax reports under applicable guidelines; to provide information regarding operations of the client's companies to the different applicants.
- Prepare, calculate and present the taxes and reports that apply to each geography, complying with the client's tax obligations within the deadlines established by the authority.
- Preparation and capture of IFF consolidation packages with the frequency required by the client.
- Review and control the accounting records of import and export orders, as well as their tax implications
- Prepare material for training and/or improvement projects in various activities of the department, including internal training for accounting team and internal clients of IFF.
- Prepare and deliver information on accounting operations to internal and external auditors of scheduled audits within the established times.
Requirements:
- Accounting
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of SAP essential
- Advance level of English (B2)
- Advance knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions, data analysis, etc)
