Your Responsability:
You'll be processing financial documents in accordance with applicable regulations and local procedures
You'll analyze and reconcile General Ledger account balances
You'll ensure proper general ledger postings (accruals, provisions)
You'll be responsible for month-end activities and reporting in the corporate system in accordance with the schedule for the closing of the month and year
You’ll actively cooperate with other COE departments in overseeing the comprehensive process sequence for the relevant areas of the Record to Report department
You'll be responsible for timely reporting and analysis of financial results to the Group
You'll prepare and update procedures
You’ll have an opportunity to work in S/4Hana system
You’ll process the Travel&Expenses claims (Concur, Detect)
Your Skills and Expertise:
Min. 3-4 years of experience in handling accounting processes, and familiarity with the General Ledger accounting
Corporate experience
Accounting knowledge with focus on IFRS
Ability to analyze, review and correct the issues related to accounting analysis and reporting
Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office with focus on MS Excel at least on intermediate level
Very good knowledge of business English (at least B2 level)
Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish (at least B1 level)
People person, who effectively communicates and establishes good relations with others and is open to working in an international environment
