To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to support accounting activities for Bulgaria and the UK.

- Daily accounting activities
- Month-end closing in accordance with US GAAP and Bulgarian GAAP
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Account reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Support in consolidation processes according to US GAAP
- Coordination with internal teams, HQ and external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors)
- Participation in the development and improvement of accounting processes
- Documentation of accounting processes and internal procedures
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in General Ledger
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Bulgarian GAAP
- Basic tax knowledge (Bulgaria)
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Team player with a high level of personal responsibility
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
