Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our catering services. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and guests
- Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately where required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service areas
- Replenish food, beverages, and retail items as needed
- Support the wider catering team with daily operational tasks
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
