Job DescriptionOverview of role:
As a Kitchen GA, you will be a key part of our back-of-house team, delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is hands-on, energetic, and perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and great service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
- Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
- Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized station throughout the day.
- Clean and care for equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Supporting with orders of all cleaning and disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
- Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
- Support your fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
- Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
