- Review and reconcile accounting entries prepared by functional accountants, identify discrepancies, and coordinate the resolution of errors and exceptions.
- Consolidate and control costs and allocation items across business units, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and recognition in the correct reporting period.
- Prepare and review period-end general accounting entries, including allocations, depreciation, and closing entries, and finalize accounting data periodically.
- Consolidate and finalize business performance results by unit, ensuring data consistency and sufficient supporting information for explanations.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and business performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group’s Board of Management.
Requirements
- Quick-thinking, with strong communication and team management capabilities.
- Strong skills in financial statement analysis, data reconciliation, and data validation.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or General Accountant within an organization employing 1,000 or more employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable university specializing in economics and finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use a wide range of functions and enter data efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a large enterprise with more than 2,000 employees or a corporate group comprising multiple subsidiaries or business units.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Good English communication skills.
