Key ContributionsAccounting Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconcile transactions, and ensure completeness of the general ledger.
- Coordinate with headquarters on reports and related accounting and finance activities.
- Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage end-to-end AR/AP processes, ensuring timely collections and accurate payment execution.
- Oversee payroll operations for Vietnam, ensuring accurate payroll calculations and compliance with statutory regulations.
Reporting & Financial Support
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with required management reports.
- Provide financial data and support for budgeting activities and internal reporting when needed.
Tax Compliance & Internal Controls
- Monitor and interpret tax regulations by reviewing local laws, corporate policies, and consulting with tax advisors to ensure full compliance with government requirements and internal standards.
- Support the Manager in implementing internal controls and coordinating internal, external, and tax audits, including preparing, collecting, and consolidating required documentation to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
- Review the legality, validity, and accuracy of all transactions and documents prior to approval to ensure compliance with the Financial Regulations.
- Provide guidance to the Management Team on tax policies, accounting regulations, and cost-optimization solutions for projects.
- Represent the company in working with tax authorities, banks, and other stakeholders related to accounting and finance matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
Must have:
- At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong exposure across core accounting functions (AR/AP, general ledger, reconciliation, payroll, reporting, compliance).
- Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and proven experience in Vietnam statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good Chinese communication is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
