Gen AI Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking highly skilled AI/ML Developers to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop AI/ML solutions focused on automated data annotation and reward model training. Candidates will be involved in research and implementation of Automatic data collection/creation, annotation, preprocessing, SFT/DPO/RLHF of ML models/LLMs, post-processing and evaluating the large language models.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Research and Implement solution to automate Data collection, preference annotation for AI/ML model training.
• Preprocess data to ensure it is suitable for training models.
• Train machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) using SFT/DPO/RLHF.
• Create and train Reward Model for RLHF.
• Post-process and evaluate LLMs.
• Collaborate with various AI development team to improve model performance.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency & Prior experience in AI/ML development.
• Well-versesd with AI/ML concepts, particularly in areas of LLMs and Preference Learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with LLMs, large datasets, preference optimization.
• Experience with reinforcement learning techniques and human feedback integration.
